How can I learn a new system when I am already overwhelmed with work?

A small investment of time will reap rewards in the end!  The average learning curve for the software is four hours.  Once you master drop-down lists and mouse clicks it should take less than 30-seconds to enter the data and be ready to print a report

Will my reading style be lost if I use this system?

Since all of the interpretation text is modifiable, you can still put your personal touch into the reports.

Do inadequate studies mean inadequate reports? (i.e. junk in  =  junk out)

IF the data collected from the non-invasive exam is contradictory (e.g. high velocities with minimal % stenosis), then the system will not make a suggested interpretation and will require the text to be added manually.

Additionally, all interpretations are able to be edited before they are printed, giving the interpreting physician complete control of the final report.

Can I access the database from a remote location like my office or home?

Yes.  In Record Time! is compatible with remote access software like PC Anywhere, Citrex, or NT Terminal Server.  Peer to peer networking currently available in Windows 9x and NT can also be used to network the database across several computers.

Where can I get help maintaining my database?

In Record Time! can help you establish proper maintenance procedures like automatic back-up.  Six months of support is provided with the purchase of the software.  Annual service plans are also available to protect your database investment.
